Metabolism of vitamin a and infecundity in high productive milk cows due to imbalanced rations

In two pedigree farms the complex clinical examination of high productive milk cows of the Holland, Black-and-White and Kholmogorskaya breeds was realized in connection with infecundity for the purpose of revelation of disturbances in metabolism of vitamin A, protein, carbohydrate, lipid, phosphor-calcium metabolism, acidosis, function of liver as a result of imbalance of rations on nutritious substances and the use of poor quality forage. The science-based transfer of cows to rations balanced on nutritious substances and sugar/protein ratio, feeding of qualitative forage permit to remove the chronic subclinical changes in metabolism of vitamin A, carbohydrate, lipid, protein and phosphor-calcium metabolism, to normalize an acid-base equilibrium, function of liver and to reduce the infecundity.
