Method of dynamic programming for the choice of rational water distribution in the river delta

The problem of rational water distribution in river delta under condition of possible management of water- division is examined. The delta is schematized in the form of the focused graph (net). The intensity of flow acts on the entrance top, moving to target tops on arches of water-currents, for each water-current function of conditional damage as return magnitude of an estimation of efficiency of its work is set. Distribution of charges on water-currents with maximum of the sum of damages is searched. Formalization of a problem is stated on technical features of functioning the r.Volga delta, the method of the decision under the scheme of dynamic programming is offered.
