The method of graphic analysis of the eventual transformations of the territorial biophonic systems of natural or anthropogenic genesis

The method of graphic analysis elaborated for the lake ecosystems is described. Subsequently the similar regularities were established to the flowing water bodies. When analysing the taxonomic structure three scenarios of the transformation of freshwater diatom assemblages were allocated. Two scenarios develop in reply to the impact on the ecosystem from without. The third scenario could develop in the ecosystem, if changing the physicochemical properties of the aqueous medium or morphometric parameters of the reservoir. Later, similar patterns have been established for other structure-forming groups in freshwater ecosystems (bacterioplankton et al.). The negative transformations recorded in an anthropogenic system (Zhigulevskaya HPP) were analysed in the same manner. The impacts were associated with dynamic loads due to the operation of hydraulic structures, and the "response" of the system manifested in the greater intensity of ground vibration. Graphical analysis led to conclude the irreversibility of occurred transformations. The similarity of the scenarios observed in all cases makes possible to rate all the system.
