The method of immanent analysis on the example of the poem by Joseph Brodsky "Dear, I left home late tonight"

The article reveals the features of the immanent analysis method applied to the poem by I. A. Brodsky. The author analyzes the form and content elements of the poem. Evaluates the level of topics according to the Gasparov method, describes the categories of "image" and"motive". The author concludes that the analyzed poem is a full-fledged, complete work, with its own images, spatial and temporal organization, which confirms the genius of the poet, his remarkable ability to put philosophical, deep content in a talented, interesting form.
