Method of clinical and laboratory diagnosis of lipidemia

Бесплатный доступ

For the first time in clinical practice, diagnosis of different stages of lipidemia was reinforced by taking into account the levels of lipids and lipoproteins in the blood, calculating the apolipoprotein B/lipoprotein (a) ratios, and evaluating the levels of acute phase reactant, CRP, albumin, and albumin/CRP ratios. The proposed diagnostic approach provided a way for early detection of lipidemia, for timely pathogenetic administration of statin therapy, and for prediction of clinical progression of lipidemia in patients with progression of inflammatory process.
