Method of compensations for decision making support in dynamic resource allocation problems

Method of compensations for dynamic resource allocation in real time systems is described. The development of multiagent system with the world of demand and supply agents (which are able to percept current situation, make decisions, communicate and establish the relations between each other) is proposed as a solution. To negotiate and re-negotiate decisions the agents are able to propose compensations to each other, which establish the balance of interests as a result of income redistribution between existing and newly generated agents. Advantages and limitations of method are analyzed. The prospective applications for different problem domains are proposed.
