A promising direction of preparedness rocket launch is the account of the construction program trajectory breeding values of the meridian and zonal wind component, obtained as a result of atmosphere meteosounding. The algorithms for constructing program should provide a stable trajectory of its calculations in the limited time available for the flying mission in the ground control system at launch complex just before the start of implementation of stringent requirements on accuracy and movement restrictions on the program from the stabilization system. A study for solving the problem of determining the parameters of traditional management methods of Newton first and second order. An algorithm for determining the control parameters allowing for the calculation of projected variances. Numerical experiments on the trajectory of a launch rocket 14A14 have shown a good performance of the algorithm.
