Method for determination of beta-lytic activity of blood in agricultural animals

The modification of established procedure was presented for determination of blood beta-lytic activity in agricultural animals by means of the increasing of incubation time for mixture of blood plasma with suspension of Bacillus subtilis in sucrose solution. It was shown that the increase of incubation time from 120 to 180 min permit to rise the sensitivity of this method for cattle and pigs by 50 %, for goats and sheeps by 40 and 25% respectively.
