The cutting-off method for one class of problems of conditional pseudoboolean optimization

In this article the properties of Boolean variables space are described as some levels of arbitrary point are researched On the basis of proven statements the algorithm of cutting-off method is developed for one class of problems of conditional pseudo-Boolean optimization that is for finding the optimum meaning of real function on the level of arbitrary point.
