In the design of modern rotary vane vacuum pumps, one of the important requirements is to optimize the basic parameters and characteristics of the flow part. One of the problems arising at this case, is the selection of appropriate optimal criteria and control parameters. This circumstance becomes all the more significant when optimization is realized by several optimality criteria. Taking into account the general requirements imposed on them, it is necessary to take into account the specific conditions and features of the projected rotary-plate vacuum pumps. The article deals with the created new software, algorithms for calculating the optimal parameters of RVVN, some results of calculations are given, practical recommendations are given.
