The article describes the formulation of the problem of proactive control of technological steam distributed system according to the criteria of energy efficiency. An approach to the solution of this problem using dynamic estimates of energy efficiency based on the method of exponential filtering is proposed. An example of proactive control system for steam supply of metallurgical enterprise taking the criterion of energy efficiency into account is presented.
