Vibrodiagnostic examination of performance of aerosol therapeutic device UZOL-01-“4”

Aim: to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic treatment of patients using aerosol therapeutic device UZOL-01-“04”. Drug therapy holds a prominent place in treatment with liquid medicinal products intensified by some source. Aerosol therapeutic device UZOL-01-“4” forms a drug stream with ultrasound oscillations. To describe the mechanism of the irrigation stream effect with different medical drug compositions we developed a method defining its dynamic properties. Research suggest that the acoustic activity of the stream irrigation changes depending on the fill of stream flowing through irrigation canal. The most informative parameters of acoustic monitoring are amplitude and frequency of the acoustic signal. Using the wavelet transform makes it possible to preclude the major drawback of Fourier-analysis, impossibility to obtain the independence of the frequency components with the course of time. The results of the conducted dynamic research make it possible to choose optimal constructive and operational parameters of performance of aerosol therapeutic device UZOL-01-“04”, to develop effective methods of aerosol therapy and to control methods of creating of the liquid medicine on the basis of infrared spectroscopy.
