Methodical base of diagnostics management of industrial processes at the enterprises of the defense industrial complex

The organization of production processes in enterprises of the Russian industry in modern conditions depends on many factors. First of all, we are talking about industry affiliation, specificity, volumes and types of products produced. One of the objectives of the organization of industrial activity is the search for ways to improve its efficiency. The solution to this problem, as a rule, is based on the results of work on the diagnosis of production carried out by various methods (statistical analysis, factor analysis, methods of mathematical programming, expert method etc.). The diagnostics of the management of production processes allows not only to determine their compliance with regulatory requirements (planned targets), but also to promptly identify possible deviations of actual indicators from those set, including through the construction of predictive models.
