Methodical aspects of estimating the effectiveness of providing medical services (the case of medical check up)

The article discusses the directions of implementing state policy in the healthcare system in the field of medical services, that is during prevention of noncommunicable diseases it examines the regulatory documents that establish the priority for the medical services development in the Russian Federation in the form of primary health care. The paper reviews regional regulations on the assessment of the effectiveness of the medical services provision, in particular when providing primary health care (on the example of medical checkup). The authors propose an indicator of assessing the effectiveness of the medical services provision (for example, medical checkup), the basis for which calculation is presented by the results of the control and expert activity of insurance medical organizations based on the results of the provision of medical services.
