Methodological aspects of infrastructure support investors public-private partnership in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union

The article examines the infrastructure companies, financing organizations, as well as other stakeholders considering the possibility of participation in the launch and implementation of public-private partnership projects in the territory of the Eurasian economic Union, and takes into account the main legislative and institutional changes that have occurred in the Eurasian economic Union countries over the past year. The study on promising trends, launch algorithm and potentially successful projects implemented in the Eurasian economic Union countries, provides a definition of the essence, features and criteria for the implementation of the public-private partnership mechanism for the Eurasian economic Union countries. It also provides a brief description of the legislation governing the sphere of public-private partnership and potential forms for the implementation of these projects with specific features of the application, highlights the main payment mechanisms used in public-private partnership projects of the Eurasian economic Union countries, as well as a brief description of the main measures to support infrastructure projects.
