Methodological aspects of social partnership development in preschool educational institutions

Problems of pre-school education system, determined by its transformation, require active research and development of forms of social educational partnership as an effective means of communication. The social partnership is a civilized form of social relations providing voluntary cooperation with due regard to the interests of all parties working together to achieve common goals through dialogue and educational interaction, and mutually beneficial social exchange of ideas, information and resources. The social partners, which interact with preschool educational institutions, are social groups of professional community (communication within the system, for example, kindergarten teachers’ councils and parents’ communities), representatives of other spheres (cultural institutions, physical education, social protection of children and so on), sponsors and charities. A major objective of cooperation between preschool workers and parents is to find the mutual optimal solution of educational problems in the field of training, development and education of children. This kind of cooperation is carried out in the following areas: diagnostic, research, project, upbringing and education. The author describes in detail a four-stage technology of interaction of a preschool educational institution with social partners, which includes a stage of selecting a partner, planning cooperative activities, implementation and analysis of the results of collaboration. The interaction of all participants of the educational process allows you to highlight, recognize and solve the problems of raising children, enables essential deep relations between adults involved in bringing up, and helps to introduce a cultural space to a child.
