Methodological aspects of risk management of innovative development of the heat supply sector

The most important condition for improving the efficiency and reliability of domestic heat supply is its modernization and innovative development, the implementation of which is associated with high risks. In this regard, there is a need to consider the risk management processes of innovative development of the heat supply sector in order to identify and specify the stages of risk management, methods used at different stages of risk management of innovative development, as well as systematization of the risks of innovative development of the heat supply sector for further development of measures to manage the identified risks, which will minimize those arising in the process of innovative development of heat supply deviations from the planned values of the targets.
