The article deals with the main drawbacks of the existing methods of quantitative evaluation of technologicalsystems. The methodological principles for the solution of the mentioned drawbacks are suggested andan evaluation algorithm is developed. The mechanism for choosing quality measures on basis of the levelof the index Срк and distinctive features of technological process is determined.
