Methodical elements of level assessment of rural development of the Russian regions

The article presents a method of comparative assessment of the state and management of rural areas of Russian Federation subjects on the level of social-economic development; there are developing assessment criteria and indicators of analysis of the level and dynamism of rural development, on the bases of which the typology of rural areas on the level of rural develop- ment is offered.
