Human development and alcohol abuse: socio-economic consequences and methodical approaches to risk assessment

The article presents a methodology of assessment of human development risks in consequence of alcohol abuse prevalence. The author observes approaches which define impact of this kind of deviant behaviour on premature mortality of employable population, summarizes ways of calculation economic losses as a result of underproduction due to people involvement in negative activities.
