Methodological approaches to differentiated distribution and efficiency of use of government support for AIC

One of the most important tasks of the state is to support the country's agro-industrial complex, increase the efficiency of its use by agricultural producers. The authors of the article analyzed the dynamics of the provision of subsidies to support agricultural production in the regions of the Ural Federal District, systematized methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the use of budget funds. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the author's approach to calculating the integral indicator for assessing the distribution of state support funds between regional agricultural producers, based on the introduction of additional determinants reflecting the effectiveness of the production, financial and economic activities of farmers. The method proposed in the article is substantiated by the calculations made on the example of agricultural organizations of the Kurgan region.
