Methodical approaches to study of microbial communities in the plant rhizosphere (review)

The most widespread methods for studying microbial communities in the plant rhizosphere are reviewed. The gradual development and state of the art of exploratory thought, bound with of this methodical problem in soil microbiology are summarized. The authors suppose that the prospects for further development of study of microbial-plant systems in the simultaneous using of different methods to obtain a comprehensive characteristic of the microbial communities in the rhizosphere.
