Methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of cluster policy in the regions of the Russian Federation

Insufficient discussion of the issues of evaluating the effectiveness of implemented cluster programs, the practically absence of a methodology for such an assessment and monitoring of the implementation of cluster initiatives, make it imperative to carry out this study. The purpose of the presented work is to study the methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of cluster policy in the regions of the Russian Federation. The article discusses the problem of choosing indicators in the context of the cluster development program (PPC); describes the methods and specific issues of assessing the impact of PPK on the company's performance, discusses the strengths and weaknesses of these methods and the situation in which their use is appropriate, and finally summarizes the available data on the effectiveness of RPC.
