Among the issues that today require the organization of economic activities of enterprises in the market conditions, it is necessary to highlight the problem of forming an effective management system with regard to changes in the external and internal environment. Currently, the study of this topic is devoted quite a lot of work. However, a number of issues related to the organizational and economic mechanism for the creation and functioning of the management system of primary production units, taking into account the organization’s market concepts, are still unresolved.
