The article addresses the problem of quantifying the impact of pervasive technologies, particularly additive technologies, on the economic development of regional-sectoral complexes. A critical analysis of classical and modern methodological approaches is conducted, including the neoclassical Solow model, endogenous growth theories, total factor productivity analysis. A methodological vacuum is identified, stemming from the inability to isolate the contribution of a specific technology when using existing aggregated models. As a solution, a modified Cobb-Douglas production function is proposed, wherein the AT factor is introduced as an independent variable. The key advantage of this approach is the possibility of direct quantitative assessment of the output elasticity with respect to the AT factor, enabling the measurement of its specific contribution to the processes of intensifying regional economic development.
