Methodological approaches to the assessment of external and internal factors of sustainable development of business structures participating in public-private partnership and the possibilities of their application

The article discusses methodological approaches to the assessment of external and internal factors affecting the sustainability of business development in modern conditions. The features of assessing external and internal factors for business structures that are participants in a public-private partnership (PPP) are highlighted. The importance of observing the principles of sustainable business development based on the principles of the ESG agenda was emphasized. The paper considers approaches to data generation and grouping of factors affecting the sustainability of business structures. The risks of the PPP participants are highlighted, and their mutual influence on the partnership participants is substantiated. Based on the application of the integrated assessment indicator within the framework of the ESG agenda, it is proposed to additionally conduct an expanded assessment of financial and managerial factors of sustainable business development.
