Methodological approaches to improvement of the municipal administration

Establishing of the feedback between state authorities and population is a strong incentive for economic and labour activity growth. The paper considers some methodological approaches to the analysis of the qualitative data, collected during mass public opinion polls, which may be implemented in the on-line government system development. The author gives examples of the typical opinions detection, which were obtained during the public opinion monitoring in the municipal entities of the Primorye Territory.
