In the article the theoretical approaches to an assessment of efficiency of innovative activity of managing subjects as economic systems and methods of its definition are presented. Their assessment from the point of view of completeness of the accounting the factors having impact on attractiveness of introduction of innovations and stimulation of innovative activity is given.
