Methods of improving institutional mechanisms of the state economic policy on the example of the development of the trade courts for resolution of economic disputes

An important task in implementing state economic policy is judicial reform which includes the area of economic dispute resolution. The current state of the issue of arbitrability in Russia consists of the economically inefficient mechanisms that found activity of arbitration courts in terms of resolving economic disputes, which ultimately results in both - a decrease in investment attractiveness and a significant cost of legal services. One of the ways of implementation is the development of arbitration proceedings as an institution - as a way of improving the institutional mechanisms of state economic policy.
