Methodological recommendations for managers and specialists of economic services of agricultural enterprises on labor intensity management of production processes

This paper examines the key aspects of assessing the labor intensity of production processes in agriculture. Special attention is paid to methodological recommendations for the management and economic services of agricultural producers aimed at reducing labor intensity and increasing production efficiency. The main problems determining labor intensity are presented and ways to solve them are proposed through analysis of the current situation, definition of goals and objectives, development of an action plan, implementation of changes, evaluation of results, training and development of personnel, cooperation with scientific institutions and the use of digital technologies. The importance of an integrated approach to reducing labor intensity as a basis for sustainable development of agricultural enterprises is emphasized.
