Methodological recommendations for managers and engineers of agricultural producers on improving the economic efficiency of the use of spare parts

The article examines the problems faced by agricultural producers when using spare parts, including the high cost of original spare parts, long delivery times, lack of necessary parts, the risk of purchasing counterfeit products and difficulties in selecting spare parts. Recommendations on optimization of purchases, monitoring of the state of technology, use of alternative spare parts, staff training, inventory planning, cooperation with manufacturers and market analysis are presented.
