Methodological issues of purchasing logistics of adhesives and compounds in the Russian chemical industry

The Russian chemical industry lost a significant number of critical technologies during the collapse of the USSR. One of the few industries that have practically solved the problematic issues with materials today is the production of various kinds of industrial and household adhesives, including adhesives and compounds, which are now increasingly used in industrial production. Due to the existing sanctions restrictions, procurement logistics, including the selection of a stable supplier with uninterrupted delivery of appropriate materials to the production facilities of chemical enterprises in Russia is of relevance. The article proposes a mathematical model for selecting raw material producers and delivery methods from several major countries under consideration according to predetermined criteria.
