Methodological notes to business valuation by means of the Gordon method

There are many special techniques and methods of calculation, which are used to determine the sale value of a company or other values of a company. These methods are called valuation methods. The article deals with some techniques and methodological aspects of valuating companies by means of the discounted cash flow valuation method. The authors describe different approaches to determining the discount rate. The new formulas for calculating the company value are presented in the article.
