The article discusses the concept of stakeholders in relation to a commercial medical organization. Reflects the most frequently used classification models of the organization’s stakeholders: the O. Mendelow and Mitchell-Agle-Wood models. External and internal stakeholders of a commercial medical organization are classified. Key stakeholders of a commercial medical organization have been identified.
