Monitoring of the organization of the operation process of mining and transportation equipment at coal mining enterprise

In this article, based on the analysis of the activities of the personnel of a number of domestic coal mining enterprises, a methodological toolkit has been developed for the formation and monitoring of the organization of the GTO operation process at a coal mining enterprise, the implementation of which can significantly increase the effectiveness of management decisions aimed at developing the organization of the process operation of the TRP. This methodological toolkit includes the dependence of the effectiveness of managerial decisions aimed at the development of the operation of mining and transport equipment on the quality of monitoring the organization of this process, indicators for assessing the quality of monitoring the organization of the operation of the TRP, an algorithm for implementing types of monitoring of the organization of the process operation of mining and transport equipment.
