Methodological tools for assessing the strategic financial stability of the national industry

National industry as the most important sector of the national economy should be competitive, investment-attractive and financially stable in the long term. It is the strategic approach to the financial management of the national industry that can ensure the implementation of the stated targets. The integrated indicator “strategic financial stability of the national industry” is proposed to be considered as an indicator of the effectiveness of financial decisions made at the level of the national industry. The purpose of the article is to study the integrative approach to determining the strategic financial stability of the national industry based on leading methods of analysis and synthesis. The author’s integrative approach to the effectiveness of strategic financial management has been developed, characterized by a comprehensive view of the factors of its formation, including the basic financial stability of the national industry, risk-oriented financial stability of the national industry, business-process financial stability of the national industry and stakeholder financial stability of the national industry. The significance of the work lies in the development of the theory of financial management by expanding the boundaries of its application in the aspects of forming the strategic financial stability of the national industry. The methodological tools for assessing the strategic financial stability of national industry proposed by the author make it possible to determine, from a systemic perspective, the role of the financial component in the system of internal economic and state management of national industry.
