Methodological approach to increasing the efficiency of the personnel of the enterprise based on improvement of labor processes

The article substantiates the scientific and practical relevance of the development of the methodology for improving labor processes to increase the efficiency ofpersonnel. The urgency of increasing the efficiency of personnel activities, improving labor processes has been substantiated. A methodological approach to assessing the quality of the labor process has been developed, including an assessment of the quality of regulation and the quality of the performance of the labor process. On the basis of the developed methodological approach, an algorithm has been substantiated and developed to improve the efficiency of personnel activities based on the improvement of labor processes. The conclusion contains conclusions and recommendations for the effective improvement of labor processes.
