The methodical approach to the implementation of the regional program of strategic development of the mining complex

One of the existing strategic planning problems in Russia is the lack of interconnection between the strategic objectives, performance indicators of the program, the specific projects and their implementation plan under the strategy. Insufficient degree of this issue elaboration leads to cost overruns and failure to achieve the planned values of the indicators. In this article, the methodical approach to the selection of the projects to be implemented in the framework of the strategic development program of the mining industry of regional importance was proposed. The basis of the approach is a system of indicators, which was developed in a previous articles.
