Methodological approach to the innovation dissemination managing in the resource-oriented region

The methodological tools on the innovative performance activization in the region having resource-oriented economy are revealed in the article. The authors substantiate the necessity for the development of the methodological approach realization algorithm, systematize the available and offer the new principles of innovative development center formation, define the assessment criteria of their competitiveness in the national economics and in the world market.
