Methodical substantiation of mechanism for management efficiency increase of the regional telecommunication services network

The methodical substantiation of the mechanism for efficiency increase of aregional network management is carried out. The article proposes the author’sclassification of factors that form the economic and social performance of thecompany as part of the mechanism to improve the management of the regionaltelecommunications services network. In the structure of the mechanism forefficiency increase of the regional network management it is recommended touse incremental indicators for monitoring departments of the company. Separateindicators of economic and social performance are calculated.
