Methods of formation of tactical skills among cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article is devoted to the methodology of tactical skills formation among cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with an indepth analysis of problems, including the discrepancy between study time and real needs, the shortage of modern simulators, psychological unavailability and outdated programs. Specific examples of training scenarios are considered, such as urban maneuvers and night operations, solutions through individualization of training, reality simulators and mentoring, as well as innovations such as augmented reality glasses, biometric bracelets and AI platforms for modeling scenarios. Special attention is paid to the synthesis of theory and practice, the introduction of innovations and the prospects for creating a national database to increase the automatism of skills and adaptability of future police officers.
