The technique and experience on creation of the off-line version of the interactive I&R type map atlas based on state forest register for the Central and Northwest federal districts are stated. Preparation of the atlas provides digitalmapping by ArcGis-ArcMap version 10 and converting the ready frames into the SVG format usable for interactive work by Web browsers.
