Methodology measuring a constant Plank

In this paper, a brief description of the fundamental interactions is given, it is pointed out that interaction between physical objects is carried out by means of the exchange of interaction vectors. The authors of the article show that each fundamental interaction determines a certain phenomenon. The emergence of quantum concepts in physics is associated with a theoretical analysis of the laws of thermal radiation. Historically, these representations primarily concerned the properties of matter, and not the radiation field.
