The article presents the original method of performing permanent makeup (PM) on the skin of mature women (50+). The relevance of the study is due to the growing demand for PM among women, especially of older age, whose skin is marked by reduced elasticity, dryness and susceptibility to couperosis. Existing techniques often do not take these features into account, which leads to undesirable results: uneven healing, rapid pigment fading, unnatural appearance of eyebrows. The purpose of the article is to describe a technique that minimizes risks and guarantees a natural and long-lasting effect. The proposed technique includes a preliminary assessment of skin condition, selection of a special pigment palette, use of a technique of gentle pigment injection, as well as recommendations for care after the procedure. Particular attention is paid to the selection of optimal depth and density of application, as well as the choice of post-procedural care aimed at preventing complications and ensuring quality healing. The presented technique is aimed at achieving aesthetically attractive and natural result that preserves the freshness and grooming of the face, and meets the requirements of modern standards of safety and aesthetics.
