Methodology for assessing the level of risk tolerance of construction industry enterprises in the supervisory support of investment and construction projects in the interests of the Ministry of Defense

Currently, there is a high level of uncertainty in the implementation of investment and construction projects (ISPs) in the interests of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. There is no doubt that with the influence of internal and external risks on construction enterprises, there is an urgent need to assess the level of risk tolerance of these enterprises. In this regard, the following are proposed: the concept of risk tolerance of a construction enterprise, indicators and stages of assessing the risk tolerance of a construction enterprise when implementing ISP in the interests of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The methodology for assessing the risk tolerance of construction industry enterprises in this article is proposed for the first time. The authors propose an assessment of the risk tolerance of a construction company's enterprise in investment and construction projects in the interests of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation during the development of the project itself (project documentation), the analysis of design solutions in the process of expertise and the development of a working,details of technical solutions required for the production of construction and installation works.
