This article describes method for value the safety of aviation technique exploitation after the warranty period, based on the fuzzy cognitive model, fractal hypothesis and the ratio for cycle time rank fractal distribution. This method allows to determine with estimated assurance the safety level and service aviation techniques life after the warranty period by the monitoring results of exploitation system and expert information.
