The method for assessing monetary equivalents of behavioral factors in business management within the framework of the ESG concept

The article is devoted to the description of the method that allows calculating the monetary equivalents of behavioral factors in business management within the framework of the ESG concept. This method aims to build a business management system (both in small, medium and large enterprises) with an orientation to the principles of ESG to achieve sustainable development of Russian business and the economy as a whole. The paper describes in detail the content of the method and the possibilities of its practical application in Russian business organizations.
