The methodical provisions of the assessment of the financial efficiency of innovative projects are developed in the article. The specifics of the projects of the heat-supplying organizations development in modern conditions are considered. The authors offer the procedure of calculation of the financial efficiency of the innovative project on the introduction of the advanced equipment (copper) in the heat-supplying organization.
