Methodology for assessing the effectiveness of state support for social enterprises in northern resource-extracting regions

The article is devoted to the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of state support for social enterprises in northern resource-extracting regions. The relevance of support and development of the sphere of social enterprises in Russia and, in particular, its northern resource-extracting regions lies in the need to modernize the social environment, improving the quality and standard of living through the development of competition in the social environment, as well as the creation of innovative or more modern social services (works), services taking into account innovative and advanced technologies. In the course of the article, assessment criteria are identified, the methodology itself is formed and applied in relation to the considered northern resource-extracting regions.
