Methodology for assessing the efficiency of using assets

This article describes a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of assets using the accumulated potential and its impact on the organization’s asset management. Assessment of the profitability of assets was carried out according to the author’s seven-factor model of profitability of net assets. In the course of the study, conclusions were drawn up regarding the use of assets at a particular enterprise.
